The first project is: Tip Top Text Reader, a text to speech reading aid for those who find reading text on a computer screen difficult, for example due to being partially sighted, dyslexic or maybe English is not a first language. Use it to read emails, webpages, documents - anything.
Easy to use, just highlight the text you want to read - Click Here to watch a video demonstration.
Tip Top Text Reader is FREE and runs on Windows XP only (sorry, not Vista/7/8). XP computers must have Microsoft .Net Framework v3.5 SP1 installed.
Download Tip Top Text Reader from SourceForge, here.
You can purchase good quality computer voices from many places on the web, for example: CereProc, NextUp and NaturalSoft.
